1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HouseWell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

HouseWell provides a personalized home maintenance planning platform, including a seasonal task calendar, home health score, document storage vault, and maintenance guides. The service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use HouseWell.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

HouseWell Pro is billed monthly ($12/month) or annually ($120/year). Plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your chosen plan will be charged automatically.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
  • Upload malicious files or content to the Document Vault

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

HouseWell provides maintenance recommendations based on general best practices. We are not licensed contractors and our guidance does not constitute professional advice. Always consult a licensed professional for safety-critical repairs. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
