How to do it โ step by step
Monthly: Turn the spa to standby mode. Remove the filter cartridge and rinse it top-to-bottom with a garden hose at medium pressure โ never use a power washer. Reinstall. Every 3 months: soak overnight in a filter cleaner solution (1 oz per gallon of water), rinse thoroughly, and reinstall. Replace cartridges every 1โ2 years or when pleats are frayed, torn, or won't rinse clean. A dirty filter strains the pump motor, reduces jet pressure, and promotes bacterial growth that no amount of chemicals can fix.
